Membership Terms — Please Read Before You Join
By checking the box and completing your purchase, you're agreeing to these terms.
No refunds.
All fees are earned in full at the time of purchase. There are no refunds for any tier, for any reason, including if you decide the portal isn't for you, if you don't use the content in a given month, or if you cancel partway through a billing cycle. If you'd like to cancel, you may do so at any time — your cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current one.
You can afford this.
By joining, you're confirming that you are able to pay the full cost of your membership tier, and that doing so will not create financial hardship for you. No one has promised you a specific result, income, or transformation in exchange for this purchase.
Your membership automatically renews.
The Portal is a recurring subscription. By joining, you authorize The Imprinted Memories LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout. Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, but you must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
This content is for you alone.
Everything you receive in this portal — the blog downloads, the video transmissions, and anything else that comes through Monica or the Guides — is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not copy, record, screenshot, repost, teach from, sell, license, modify, create derivative materials from or otherwise repurpose this content for your own benefit, business, or any third party, in whole or in part, without The Imprinted Memories LLC’s express written permission. This material belongs to Monica Gostkiewicz and the Guides. You're welcome to be changed by it — you're not welcome to reproduce or profit from it. This content and its intellectual property are owned by The Imprinted Memories LLC.
No AI use.
You may not upload, submit, copy, transmit, enter, or otherwise provide any Portal content to ChatGPT, OpenAI products, or any other artificial intelligence or machine-learning system. You may not use Portal content with AI to create transcripts, summaries, analyses, posts, teachings, courses, videos, audio, images, derivative content, AI assistants, chatbots, agents, knowledge bases, or models, or to train, fine-tune, test, or develop an AI system. This applies to both public and private AI platforms and accounts.
What happens inside The Portal stays inside The Portal.
The Portal is a private membership environment. Non-public videos, transmissions, teachings, exercises, practices, written materials, downloads, methodologies, frameworks, and other member-only content are confidential. By joining, you agree not to disclose or make this non-public content available to anyone outside The Portal. This confidentiality obligation continues even after you cancel or leave The Portal.
You are responsible for you.
The Portal is offered for educational, informational, inspirational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes. You are responsible for how you interpret, engage with, and act upon anything shared within The Portal and for your own choices, decisions, actions, and well-being.
Personal-development, spiritual, intuitive, energetic, reflective, meditative, emotional, or similar practices may affect everyone differently. If something causes you concern or discomfort, stop participating and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
No results are guaranteed.
Every person's experience is different. The Imprinted Memories LLC does not promise or guarantee any particular financial, professional, physical, emotional, spiritual, relationship, healing, manifestation, transformation, or other result from joining or participating in The Portal. You remain responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, and actions.
Our responsibility has limits.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Imprinted Memories LLC and its members, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents are not responsible for decisions or actions you independently make based on your interpretation or use of Portal content and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of The Portal.
We may protect The Portal.
Your membership is personal and non-transferable. The Imprinted Memories LLC may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including by recording, copying, sharing, distributing, publishing, uploading, using Portal content with AI, or otherwise misusing Portal content. Termination for violating these terms does not entitle you to a refund.
