Meet Monica

Gostkiewicz

Monica has carried her intuitive gifts since long before she carried a Director title at Walmart by age 32, an Executive MBA from Northwestern University, and a consulting career trusted by some of the biggest brands in the world. She brings a rare combination of executive experience and deep intuitive ability to leaders and changemakers who are ready to reconnect with the joy, clarity, and purpose that fuels sustainable performance in a noisy world.

My Gifts May Be Unique, but My Challenges Were Ubiquitous.

I grew up with an awareness that I was different from the people around me. I was the child with endless energy, dancing in front of the TV to Barney, talking to strangers and singing constantly. Even when I was small, I could read people, sense what they weren’t saying, and see things in them they hadn’t seen in themselves. Without knowing what that really meant, or a model of these unconventional gifts, I kept those parts of myself quiet and followed the script for traditional success.

I built an impressive career in advertising on my path to a consulting role at Accenture. I worked with Fortune 100 brands spanning industries from retail to quick service restaurants, built loyalty programs and mobile apps, led product strategies and digital innovation before landing a Director role at Walmart by the time I turned 32.

My life looked spectacular. On paper, I was winning.

But no matter how high I climbed, no amount of titles, accolades, or promotions could shake the feeling that I was running someone else's race.

After leaving Walmart, I began the Executive MBA program at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management which prompted more questions and confusion. Should I keep trying to make the traditional, corporate path work? Will one more accolade make it feel better?

The further I went, the more disconnected I became. From my joy, purpose, and the person I always sensed I could be underneath the corporate performance. I was in constant motion, operating at full speed, but it felt soul-less.

My inner self had been crying out for a long time that I was running in the wrong direction. Mishaps would happen in my career and I thought I needed to work harder. I would get sick and ignore it. After 4 reconstruction surgeries to heal an injured foot and ankle, accumulating food allergies and being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by the Mayo Clinic, I could no longer ignore the signals my body was sending.

So I Started Searching.

I’ve traveled to 80+ countries in 16 years, and I know people around me wondered what I was running from. In hindsight, I see that I was craving proof that there were other ways to live outside of the hustle and hard edges I had become so accustomed to. My soul was calling me to specific places where I could grow and expand my energy.

I was in awe of people that moved slowly and cultures that centered around contentment. I relished being an outsider and explorer, leaning on strangers to soak in new perspectives I had previously never considered. The more I immersed myself in new ways of living, the more I saw how all of humanity is connected. Truly, we are one.

The garden has green ivy on the left wall, various plants and shrubs on the right, and a stone pathway with red bricks. She is smiling and the sky is partly cloudy with blue and white clouds.

The Whispers I Carried Since Childhood Grew To a Steady Roar.

I could no longer ignore the internal ache to let my intuition shine, and in the summer of 2025, everything crystallized. I discovered that I have the ability to channel and that the intuitive awareness I'd spent my whole life holding back was a profound purpose that’s meant to be shared.

I healed years of physical ailments. Fibromyalgia - gone. 18 years of food allergies - gone. Foot limitations - gone. My journey was a true transformation. I needed to elevate to a higher frequency and higher version of myself where those ailments no longer existed and through that new frequency, I was able to reconnect to everything that lights me up.

The fancy corporate career laced with self-doubt and burnout was preparing me for realization: My gifts may be unique, but my challenges are ubiquitous.

There are brilliant, accomplished leaders everywhere carrying the same invisible weight I carried for decades.

People who've built extraordinary things and still feel like something fundamental is missing. Whose intuition is screaming at them to change course, but the noise of expectation and obligation keeps drowning it out.

The truth is we all have infinite versions of ourselves existing at every moment. I lived the journey you may find yourself in the middle of right now. I know what it feels like to have the world applaud as you silently fall apart, and I know what’s possible on the other side: a life that’s lighter, freer, more joyful and content than I ever thought possible.

If your inner voice is reacting to anything you’ve read here, I invite you to step forward. This work is more fun than you can imagine and more profound than you can plan for, and I’d be honored to be your guide.

We’re all in this together. XO Monica

The Values that Define the Work

Heal Yourself, Heal the Whole World:

We are all energetically connected. When one person clears a blockage, reclaims their joy, or rewrites a inherited script, that shift ripples outward to their families, their teams, their lineage, and the collective.

Radically Open, Relatable, & Real:

I share my own stories, struggles, and our breakthroughs because real connection requires real vulnerability. I’ll never hide behind jargon, lecture from a pedestal, or pretend to have it all figured out. This work is a conversation, and the best ones happen when everyone in the room feels safe to be themselves.

Everyone Gets a Seat:

Spirit channeling work belongs to everyone. Every age, background, profession and level of experience. Though our services are premium on purpose, we refuse to gatekeep healing or reserve the power of spiritual growth for a select few. This platform is designed to meet people where they are and make them feel welcome the moment they arrive.

The Inner Voice That's Always With You:

Your intuition has been whispering guidance all along, even when the noise of expectations, logic, and conditioning made it hard to hear. This work is about reconnecting with that voice and trusting it as a reliable compass, pointing only toward choices that are perfectly aligned for you.
